When we look at what God is doing through Out of the Ashes, we are reminded of this promise — that He truly brings beauty from brokenness. Each child in our program in Korah once faced hopelessness is now walking into a new story, a story of restoration, redemption, and purpose. Your faithful support is part of that story. Celebrated 39 academic excellence awards (80%+) and 3 behavior awards at the OA Center
Honored 8 graduates (4 university, 4 technical college)
Provided summer vocational training for 17 high school & OVC students
Delivered tutorial support to 124 students
Partnered with 4 local individuals/organizations for funding and resources, including support for 10 students through one key advocate
Provided daily afterschool snacks for ~65 students and weekly lunch for 110 students
Delivered daily lunches to 85 local students
Assisted 6 students with CV development for employment
Offered life skills training to 100 students, twice monthly
Maintained student clubs: Football, Theater, Art, Nature, Music, plus full library access
Celebrated 170 OA graduates now working in various fields
Provided housing for 8 orphaned students and sewing training for 21 mothers
Sustained a mentorship program, pairing graduates with younger students and launching a 16-member OA Alumni team
