Giving Together

If you would like to support a child in the OA program but cannot take on the full cost of sponsorship, you can still be a part of changing a child’s life. By donating to our Giving Together Fund, you will join other donors in contributing towards the cost of sponsorship. For every $1,020 we raise, we will be able to provide support for another child.

Start a Fundraiser

There are endless ways you can raise funds to support children in desperate need. Whether it’s an athletic challenge, a special occasion, or your unique creation, you can make a big difference in a child’s life and have a great time doing it.

Become and OA(dvocate)

At Out of the Ashes, Inc. we firmly believe that Sponsors are the backbone of our mission. A basic tenet of the OA Sponsor program is the belief that a positive and supportive relationship between Student and Sponsor provides the encouragement and guidance necessary for a successful life.

This relationship is not only transformational for the Student but the Sponsor as well.

It’s a powerful thing to invite others into the transformative journey of Sponsorship. You’re changing the lives of the potential Sponsors, and the precious children who are waiting for a loving Sponsor.

With that in mind, we want to invite YOU to Share the Joy of Sponsorship with the people in your life.

Volunteer

Volunteers like you are changing the world, one child at a time, by giving your time and talents. Whether you speak to churches and organizations on behalf of OA or travel with us to Ethiopia to volunteer there, you have countless ways to make a difference!

Pray

Never underestimate the power of prayer. Please pray for our leadership team in the U.S. and Ethiopia. Pray for the program, the students, their families, and their education.

Pray for peace in Ethiopia. Pray for long-term relationships with the Ethiopian Government. Pray for Change in Korah.

Join us in Unity

We are excited to have teamed up with a few core ministries in Korah and come together under the unified goal of being FOR Korah. This isn’t a new organization. It’s a campaign we are using to demonstrate unity and act as one landing spot for anyone to visit to find out about things going on in Korah and how they can be involved.

We hope more organizations in Korah jump on board, eventually. We don’t have to agree with each other to be for each other! Our work #forkorah is distinct.
